Shipping
We ship within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. The actual shipping time depends on the chosen shipping method, which will be displayed to you at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination and will be displayed to you before completing your order.
Returns
Since each item is unique, returns are only possible if:
– the item arrives damaged or not as described,
– you contact us within 14 days of receipt via email at info@annistyling.com.
The item must be in its original condition. Please contact us before returning an item so we can inform you about the next steps.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
